Redstage Launches SocialGivr.com, a Social Media Experiment for Charity

Redstage’s SocialGivr.com asks the question, will more people donate to charity when they see that their friends do?


HOBOKEN, NJ March 22, 2010 – RedStage Networks today launches SocialGivr.com. SocialGivr allows people to easily donate to various charities through the popular Twitter website.  When a user donates, SocialGivr will log into that user’s twitter account and send a tweet about the good deed to their friends.  The question at hand is: will this public display of giving cause the giving to spread virally?  Can SocialGivr help make massive progress for causes like Haiti relief?


Here’s how SocialGivr works: 1. Head to socialgivr.com. 2. Fill in your pledge amount and click the “Donate” button. 3. Allow SocialGivr access to your twitter account. 4. Check your Twitter Direct Messages to complete your donation.  SocialGivr will automatically tweet your donation to all of your followers with a link for them to donate as well. SocialGivr even automatically keeps track of the total amount of money pledged through the system.

After Acquisition of AE3Interactive, Combined Company Announces Name Change

HOBOKEN, NJ November 27, 2008 – Sell Center LLC announced today that its principal partners approved a name change to RedStage Networks. The name change was largely spawned from the acquisition of AE3Interactive to better reflect the combined company’s product and service offerings.

“After our integration with AE3 Interactive, we felt the company needed a bit of a facelift. The new name much better represents the portfolio of products and services we offer and will be developing over the coming months,” says CEO Adam Morris of the new RedStage Networks. “We’re taking the next few weeks to integrate the brands together and build our new web presence and marketing strategies.
